Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Human Resource Officer to join our growing team. 
As the HR Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll mgt., employee relations, compliance, and HR administration. You will play a key role in shaping our office culture, ensuring staff well-being, and maintaining a productive work environment. 
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment and      selection process, from job postings to interviews and onboarding.
 
- Maintain employee records and ensure      documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
 
- Implement HR policies and procedures      in line with labour laws and best practices.
 
- Handle employee relations, conflict      resolution, and disciplinary actions professionally.
 
- Manage employee payroll and benefits      programs
 
- Support performance management      processes including appraisals, feedback, and development planning.
 
- Sustain a productive organizational      culture, including engaging with teams and clients to achieve high      performance.
 
- Coordinate training and development      programs for both in-house staff and external clients. 
 
- Provide guidance on HR issues to      management and staff.
 
- Monitor compliance with health and      safety regulations.
 
- Prepare HR-related reports and      support audits.
 
- Handle employee exit processes      including offboarding and exit interview
 
 
Requirements
 
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources      Management, Business Administration, or related field.
 
- Minimum of 2 years (post NYSC) of      relevant HR experience (preferably in the Tech sector).
 
- Strong interpersonal, communication,      and organizational skills.
 
- Proficiency with HR software and      Microsoft Office tools.
 
- Professional HR certifications      (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) are an added advantage.
