Job Description
We are seeking a creative and results-oriented Social Media & Marketing Officer to plan, develop, and manage our digital marketing and social media presence.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media and digital marketing strategies.
- Create engaging content, including posts, videos, graphics, and blogs.
- Schedule and manage content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
- Run and manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms.
- Monitor trends and audience engagement to improve content performance.
- Respond to comments, messages, and online inquiries in a professional manner.
- Track and analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
- Knowledge of social media tools and analytics platforms.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
